WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
DSR Apparel is located in Ferndale, MI, right outside of Detroit.
MAY I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I PURCHASED FOR A REFUND?
DSR Apparel doesn’t offer refunds on any purchases. You may return an item for store credit or exchange, provided that it is returned in sellable condition, with merchandise tag(s) attached, within 14 days from the date it is received by the customer, accompanied by the original invoice.
MAY I PICK UP MY ORDER LOCALLY?
Unfortunately, you cannot pick your order up locally.
I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed you cannot cancel or change your order.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
Currently, only orders placed by Michigan residents are required to pay sales tax, as required by law. Michigan sales tax is currently 6%.
I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. MAY I ADD ANOTHER ORDER TO IT?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER ONCE IT’S BEEN PLACED?
Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days from the date you place your order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm EST.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your order will ship within 5-7 business days from the date your order was processed.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
If your item is damaged contact us within 48 hours for exchange or store credit. You will receive an exchange or store credit once the item has been returned.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive an e-mail notification, along with your tracking number, when your order ships.
I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN E-MAIL. WHY?
Please check your spam filter. Also, add DSR Apparel to your address book. If you have a gmail account, please move DSR Apparel e-mails from promotions to main.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order ships.
WHAT DO I DO IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Once your order ships, DSR Apparel is no longer responsible for your order. You are responsible for insuring any order over $50. DSR Apparel highly recommends that you insure any order over $50.

DSR Apparel accepts all major credit and debit cards. Yes, our site is secure – your payments are processed through Stripe, a secured payment processing gateway.
WILL YOU SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
DSR Apparel will never share or sell your personal information.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
DSR Apparel doesn’t ship internationally at this time.
