One of my main objectives with DSR Apparel is to make my customers feel good. Honestly, I want my customers to love every interaction with DSR Apparel. I’m not saying I know everything, but I’m open to doing what it takes to make my customers feel their best. Here’s what I focus on to make it happen:
Most t-shirt lovers, like myself, usually buy graphic t-shirts because of some personal, emotional connection to its message. When I come up with t-shirt design concepts I’m always looking to deliver a powerful, positive message that makes my customer feel like she can take on the world. Life is tough; if I can give my customers a little positive boost with a t-shirt, I’ve accomplished my goal.
This might seem like a no brainer, but it really isn’t – fit is terribly important when it comes to finding the perfect t-shirt. Personally, I like my t-shirts to be a little more form fitting; I hate boxy t-shirts that make me look like a square and I certainly wouldn’t sell that to my customers. I’m always looking for the “perfect t-shirt”. When I find it, my customers will be the first to know.
No one wants to wear a t-shirt that feels like sandpaper. The last thing you’re reaching for to lounge around in is a crunchy, stiff t-shirt (no thanks). All t-shirts aren’t created equal; as I search for the perfect tee, I’ve found that the softest t-shirts have a polyester/cotton blend. When my customers buy a DSR Apparel t-shirt, I want them to be confident they’re buying a t-shirt they’ll never want to take off.
