Returns & Exchanges
DSR Apparel will accept merchandise for exchange or store credit if it is returned in sellable condition within 14 days from the date the customer received it, accompanied by the original invoice and merchandise tag(s) attached. There are no refunds available for purchases made at DSR Apparel.
All returns and exchanges must be made within DSR Apparel’s Return and Exchange Policy. No exceptions. If you have a question about your return or exchange not answered here, please contact Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number. We will contact you within 48-72 business hours. When returning postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package, including tracking services for your protection. Please save the shipping receipt for your records. DSR Apparel can only process merchandise it receives.
Store Credit/Gift Returns
If you return an item and do not want an exchange DSR Apparel will issue you store credit. Once DSR Apparel receives your return, you will receive an e-mail notification, provided that your e-mail address is included on your return/exchange mail to email@example.com. Please allow us 12-14 business days from the date we receive your merchandise to process your return or exchange.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the date you receive your merchandise.
Please specify the reason for your exchange and what item you would like to exchange it for on your original packing invoice. Your exchange request is subject to product availability. In the event the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can either wait until the item is back in stock or receive a store credit. If the exchange item is out of stock DSR Apparel will contact you via the e-mail address you’ve provided.
